Digital Product Manager

The vision for this role is that the Digital Product Manager is able to understand a customer's business needs and transform this into a digital solution across different industries. Our ideal candidate can act as the eyes and ears of our clients and anticipate needs to bring digital products to life. This person acts as a liaison between the software development team and the business.

Job Functions
~ Set the product directions, based on the business objectives, key results, market-research and user feedback;
~ Strategically determine backlog prioritization and implementation to impact on business metics;
~ Define and document requirements and use cases for web technology features and functionality;
~ Create, maintain and communicate road maps to engage cross-functional teams in aligning and supporting company & business unit strategies;
~ Measure, analyze and improve indicators from features launched to increase the performance;
~ Lead, inspire and motivate the team to maintain speed of implementations and quality of the outcomes;
~ Sustain the profitable growth strategy.

~ Minimum BS degree from a four-year accredited university;
~ Extensive track record of +5 years managing web and mobile products as a Product Owner or Product Manager;
~ Excellent skills in planning, organizing, coordinating and prioritizing across cross-functional teams;
~ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment;
~ Demonstrated track record of leading product teams, including customer research, UX/UI and technology leaders in the discovery process to define optimal customer experiencies;
~ The ability to travel with short notice, both domestic and abroad is a must up to 25% of the time;
~ Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.

Preferred Skills
~ Passion for design excellence, usability & consumer appeal in products;
~ Good listener and negotiation skills;
~ Strong ability to identify and diagnose potential needs with an analytical & human-centric mindset;
~ In-depth experience of scrum and agile software development methodologies;
~ Strong written and verbal communication skills;
~ Strategic vision and long-term thinking.
